2008 Summer Camp Registration
Our 2008 summer camps are currently open for registration. The registration deadline for the each camp is two weeks before the camp start date. Availability is limited, and some camps will fill up before the registration deadline.

On-Line Registration
On-line registration is the preferred registration method. You can register using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card.

Register By Mail
You can register your child by mail and pay by check, money-order, or major credit card. To register by mail, download and print a registration form, fill out the form completely, and mail to:

Mail-in registrations must be post-marked no later than March 17th.

Register By Phone
To register by phone using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card, call us at 408-370-0500 between the hours of 10:00am and 5:00pm PST. Our office gets very busy, so if you reach voicemail, please leave a message and a Play Flag Football representative will call you back shortly.
Register In-Person
You can register in person with your check, money order, or major credit card. Please download and print a registration form, fill out the form completely, and bring it to our offices at:

We are typically in the office between the hours of 10:00am and 5:00pm. If there is no one in the office, please put your registration and payment in an envelope and drop it through our mail slot.
